Finally dropped my motor off to get assembled and put back into my car. Have the new wiseco rods and the asymmetrical wiseco pistons going in. Hopefully no nasty surprises.
Fixed a previous owner mod, so now it looks better and functions properly
Old, cut out factory bezel in the lower cubby.... New hotness! Not perfect, but it's an improvement...

Not the way you want to spend a Sunday. Seems Saturday the neighbor backed out of his driveway, without looking, turned too sharply and slammed into the EVO.
Replaced the door with a spare from our last car, found the fender bracket bent, which meant pulling the headlights, front bumper, and side skirt to get the fender off. Since we were in it this far, we decided to stretch the fenders even more. Cut off the bottoms and built new brackets to push them out to match the skirts.
Cripes, what else is going to happen. Car still has to go get wrapped/ lettered, new Voltex splitter and wing are to arrive and be installed this week, and looks like the Voltex bumper may have to be installed when we get to Atlanta for GridLife on the 25th.
HUNDREDS of dollars.
Don't wanna put it back in and have a issue, just waiting on a clutch setup.
The important item are new, sensors, seals, rods, pistons, bearings, etc
