finally dumped the oem panel. YAY!

 

Adjusted timing belt tension and installed Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors. Hopefully the tuning begins tomorrow.

 

Swapped out my wing for the Rexspeed type-c in carbon fiber.

Installed the crank. This is quite difficult with the engine still in the car. >=(

 

I broke down and put a nice coat of wax on the evo in this 95 degree weather. Took about an hour and a half, but it was well worth it. I've also been shopping for a nice set of winter tires this afternoon.

 

I cleaned-up mine a little, too.

I went to a Big car meet (pics to be posted in my thread) then left drove from SA to LA then got my car reregistered then state inspected then drove back home to Dallas LOL Been up since Saturday driving etc. Now as soon as I got in i went straight to work where im at now. Im definatly hand washing my evo this weekend

 

<grin> The car almost always looks like that. There was a time when I believed that cars this well-polished entered the domain of the poseur. Then, some years later, I decided to learn how to work on paint and completely changed my mind.

Just a few minutes ago I ordered a Grimmspeed 3 port

 

Drove 978 miles to my Dad's house for a bit of vacation.

 

I've been doing this for two years other than driving it to get the registration renewed once a year.

 

Ordered some parts to make an SD intake kit today...
