Borrowed my friend's little pickup truck and went to a junkyard in Nishihara with one of the few Evo IV's. Bought the engine and 4x 17" O.Z. Racing Wheels with a decent set of tires. Tried to take them to SpeedFactory which was closed, so I drove all the way to Kadena to put them in storage at the Auto Skills Center.

The above was supposed to take 2 hours...took me 6.

After purchasing a broken Cobb AP(no i did not know it was broken), and getting it back from Cobb after a $100+ repair, I will be installing Stage 2 on my Evo today! Looking forward to the power increase and more power in the future!!

Steel wooled and polished the stock upper IC pipe to a mirror finish and installed my Speed Source under hood shifter bushings. Can't believe how much of a difference those make, shifts so much nicer now. Definitely worth the $29 and few scrapes on my arms.

changed my first serpentine belt. broke on me going to work. split in half, half came off the other half stayed on and got me 60+ miles to and from work without me knowing it was broke. i almost was going to pay a shop to do it but decided to give it a go myself. damn was it ever the easiest thing to do. i dont see why most people say oh you need two people to do it ya right get real. it took me longer to take the wheel off and put it back on than replace the belt and this was the first belt i ever replaced on any vehicle ive owned. i usually have a shop do the work. i could literally do this in 10 minutes if i have to replace it again.

Installed my Tanabe Medallion Touring CBE...great exhaust note and tone, perfect noise level and no drone. Love it.

Pulled the boost pill out as recommended by Cobb when going to stage 2. Runs a little stronger than when I had the pill in. Still backfires on the OTS map. Going to buy afr wideband and boost gauges soon.

Opened up my trunk and got a strong whiff of e85, and then closed the trunk. Too bad all the car does is sit in the parking lot without being driven.

I took out my rear seat bottom, drivers seat, fuel pump sending unit, tail lights and also took off the front bumper.

Why?
Well, the rear seat was removed to gain access to the fuel pump su. So that I can build a dual fuel pump setup.
Tail lights came off to get painted/tinted/evoVII'd..

Front bumper, it's off so that it doesn't get scratched too badly while the car is in the garage.
