Recall Update!!

I took my car in for the recall today and it turns out its not just the ECU sealant leakage. I had 2 leaks from both sides of the sills from under the body.

So I suggest you guys also go check up on those. It took them 4 hours to reseal everything......

im wondering about mine, as I am unsure of the production date of my car, I dont know if I should call or check or what...but havent heard anything about mine and I have about 3 weeks or so under my belt in mine now, 1600 something miles, I think it's time to get that break-n oil out and get some fresh Mobil-1 in my ride.

Just check one of the labels on the frame just inside the driver door. The date of production should be right there. Mine says January 2003. I changed my oil at about 1500 miles so you are right on schedule. Good luck...

FYI: I've never gotten my RECALL slip in the mail. I just simply asked them to run my VIN for any RECALLS and sure enough there was one......

If your car needs the recall, you should have received a letter.
