maybe he always drives with radio full blast. Or maybe he doesnt know a thing about cars and didnt realize anything was wrong.

If you take a car to a shop and something fails they should fix it. Regardless of whether or not extra damage was caused because of the customers negligence. If the bolts never came loose then the customer would have never had to worry about driving around like that

i do agree......thas why im saying its a mixture of both.....the shop should fix it, but the customer needs to know what he's driving

I think it was kinda didn't notice it till it was to late kind of deal. Heard noise coming from the clutch but it was an ATS Triple Carbon Clutch they are going to make noise.

i've never heard of this....i live in nj..it gets real cold in winter..but you said this was only after 2 months..dosen't make sense.
