ECU drive cycle help.

ECU drive cycle help.
I'm trying to pass emissions, but the ECU isn't setting after driving almost
800 miles. Now The last thing I did was unplug the battery, wait some time,
plug it back up, and drove 105 miles for a total of up to 800 miles. What do
you think I need to do to get the ECU to set? I'm getting no codes at all.
Everything else passes but the setting of all the sensors.
Is there a fuse that I need to check that doesn't effect how the car runs, but will not let the ECU complete the drive cycle?
