Will a JDM rear bumper fit with the stock exhaust on a IX?

I have an Buschur exhaust coming, but I prefer to not have the body shop install more parts than necessary, so I just want the bumper put on with my stock exhaust.

Yes, stock exhaust fits fine with no clearance issues. Cosmetically, it sicks out a little too much.

I have the Buschur exhaust (magnaflow muffler) and a JDM bumper on my car. No issues with fitment however as stated earlier it will stick out, a lot! My girlfriend said it reminded her of a spring board or a stinger. Anyhow, I modified mine (cut a section out of the area between the tip and muffler), and it looks good!

As far as the crash beam is concerned, yes it needs to be modified. You, or a reputable body shop, needs to remove it from the car and cut the mounting plates off the spacers, cut the spacers off the bumper and weld the mounting plates directly to the bumper. I did mine in a little under 2 hours at work and that included making a jig to hold them in the same position as they where previously.
