Mounting Spot for Greddy Turbo Timer

Hey guys,

My 16yr old brother just have me a Greddy Turbo timer for my bday! ...so I'm thinking of spots where I could mount it...I want to do something a little different instead of just mounting it on top of the steering wheel. Do you guys have any pics of where you mounted your Greddy Turbo Timer?

...I've been thinking about getting rid of the clock and mounting the turbo timer in there...has anyone here ever done that before? If so, did you have to cut anything or was it a perfect fit?...does anyone have a tutorial on mounting the turbo timer where the clock is?

Let me know...

Thanks

Thats why I had to use some caulking ****. It sticks so good, it just sucks because you can see the glue still....but its stuck on there for good now!

I tried so many different tapes but all failed to do their job in Texas weather.

I have mine mounted under the factory gauges. I used double sided tape and that didn't work to good so instead I used velcro and it worked better.

I had mine below by the ashtray. If you push it back will just be wedged between behind the ashtray and the bottom of the radio din perfectly.

I recently installed some Defi gagues, so I had to relocate my turbo timer. I moved it up where the clock used to be. The timer will not fit perfectly, so I used a dremel and filed both sides, until I could wedge the timer in where the clock used to be. Looks dope now!

I didn't want it on the steering wheel as that looks stupid IMO and I have my Zeitronix mounted there, so it would block my view of it.

I have both my greddy turbo time and electronic boost controller now installed and sitting right next to each other above the ashtray wedged at the bottom of the radio din...I want to have it taped to the radio din so it's facing up and easier for me to read...but I bought double sided tape and it won't stick to the plastic of the radio din, should I even try the velcro?

Velcro was better than 3m double sided tape. It might work for you but didnt work for me due to hot weather in Texas.
