I'm certainly up for the challenge but you better have the best of everything to get close to that:

Buschur Race FMIC
Buschur UICP/LICP/Mini Battery
Buschur Ported stock intake, throttle body, exhaust mani
Buschur stainless 02 housing
Kelford 272's you've chosen
Buschur PTE 1000cc injectors
Buschur 3" turbo back exhaust, no cat and bullet muffler
walbro 255lph fuel pump
Forced Performance EvoRed and get it ported
Innovate LC-1 WB02 kit
MBC + Gauge

Buschur Stage 3 head + ARP studs would help quite a bit

if you cut corners anywhere it's not going to make as much power as it could.

APS EVO Front Mount Intercooler : Lancer Evolution

Product Description

APS Massive R Series Front Mount Intercooler System. Professionally engineered performance for 350 - 600 horsepower applications. Increased turbo pressure raises change air temperature and in most applications creates a large pressure drop across the entire Intercooler System - not ideal for a high powered turbocharged engine. The APS Front Mount Intercooler is optimised to dramatically lower charge air temperature and to minimise pressure drop across the Intercooler System. In addition this larger volume of chilled air generates the highest power and torque levels possible for a given combination of tuning parts.

As you might expect from APS the Intercooler features the best in intercooler technology bar and plate design with both external and internal fins for the ultimate in heat exchange. Smooth bore precision cast aluminum intercooler end tanks are standard equipment and designed to perform when the going gets hot. And speaking of heat, the APS intercooler system is outstanding in chilling the hot charge air. At 600 horsepower and 84 deg F, the chilled air from the APS intercooler is at maximum, 10 deg F over ambient at 60 mph. To ensure long term durability every Intercooler is factory tested to withstand turbo pressure of 30+ PSI. Rest assured this intercooler is designed for serious enthusiast. Fits: Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII 03-05

Delivery Time Of This Part: Allow 3-6 Weeks delivery of this part, they are imported from overseas per orders.

My nearest tuner that i trust would be him 5+ hours away from me. Maybe Kevin D but i have no ideal who he is i just know he is in texas somewhere. Could be wrong. Why do you think i ask so many questions and was worried about idle i have to make that aggressive drive. Not to mention im doing all this work myself. just me and my moms boyfriend. then on top of that im also working on my beatiful 350z. So swapped off on one to the other. im doing outside and interior in the 350z then engine on the evo. then ill swap. check out my 350 body kit came from germany lol. nobody rolling like it.

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3157242

so back to the story after the mits dealership royaly screwed up my manifold job and did not even bolt my turbo back in place and had to ship me evo out of state to get it resolve i do all the work myself. so any job i take on better be worth my time and not require to much heavy modding. Now i do have access to a full blown shop with lift etc i just have to do the work. NISSAN DEALER LOVES ME!!!!! they let me use it as i please just have to let the 350 sit there attract customers lol. so i was gonna go see mellon after i installed cams camgears and its looking like kelford 272 then tune it. I can give you numbers then. Ill then bolt the turbo on and retune. Hell i might just put the whole damn car together and then get it tune in one setting. the reason i feel this way is i dont have the luxury of getting my car tuned constantly or completely screwing up a job. i have to fix it and if i dont understand something im asking question till I get it. ask me about changing radaitor hoses LOL. crack the top of the rad and had a nasty nasty coolent leak. then i had to replace the rad lol. AND mellon said the facotry rad is great does not need replacing lol if you change hose chances are your gonna crack the top like i did but you live and learn

so thanks for the information 06mr and mellon want it done right no shortcuts that way im not rebuying parts. I think im sold on the 02 housing ill get those next check and then in january im gonna get the cams and camgears. im trying to go for a chrome blue engine bay lol im on my way there. now just waiting on my blue perrin catch can coming in tomrrow sweet and my rainbow spark cover. i need to find a blue radaitor cooling plate that i can buy now
Nice 350Z man, a lot of work was put into it I see. Now its time for the Twin Turbo to be added on lol. By the way, did you see the new 370Z. Man that car is smoking.

Hands down the Buschur Race Core is outstanding. Another good one that's making at good source of power is the ETS Intercoolers. I went with ETS because they offer the 3.5 core without the need of trimming the front crash bar and it gives good whp.

I only use to two parts in my evo, 1) Buschur Racing and 2) Extreme Turbo Systems.

ok would it be cheaper and actually smarter to buy a used evo 9 turbo then send it to fp to upgrade to a Red 1099 and some change or just buy a new red 1799. When they do that rebuild to the turbo there basically replacing everything inside it right brushing blades etc???? that would make it anew turbo correct?!?!?!? so lets say the turbo was bad or was used for like 50k miles(rode hard like most) once they convert it to a red its basically new?? Chime in and let me know if im wrong

I wouldn't go through the hassle, you know what they say you decide to cut corners lol. Plus when you buy the FP Red directly from them, its basically brand new turbo.

so your saying dont buy a 9 then sent it in. whats the hassle part of it you speak off? I basically have turned all my plans around and have to get a turbo now. Seems mine just took a dump on me. so im trying to see where to aim my money. i swear 06mr im not upgrading this evo because i want to. lol its because i have to. well thats what happens when you buy used. must of been riden hard i guess. so im gonna get that 02 and fp red now replace then go from there.

either route will work but you better get in line asap, the waiting list is probably pretty long.
