How many of you take your EVO to work? I've taken it 1 time but it was actually my day off... most of them bash me because I dont take it to work. But then again they never take their "toys" either.

 

I do, I work near a audio/performance/tint shop

I get a lot of looks from their staff and customers

my coworkers are all order and think I'm nuts

 

I take mine to work,pick my kids up from school, etc... it's my DD, I'm not going to buy a car that fun to drive and NOT drive it

 

I drive mine to work, I also take my 240sx sometimes. I get alot of mixed responses from, "your little, fast and furious car, to people comparing it with sh**ty civics with fart can mufflers, "my exhaust sounds like that too, only its not supposed to, then there are the few, YOU HAVE AN EVO!!! SWEET!

 

I don't take mine to work very often. We have many modded cars where I work though, so the Evo fits in.... kind of

I made a custom one off cardboard intercooler for it, just for kicks. I get a few double takes here and there

 

I drive mine to work, school, everywhere. DD all the way. I get mixed responses.

 

heh... I bought an 06 ES to be my daily. And in the last year I have put maybe 300 miles on my IX since I'm working all the time. Plus I always have kids waiting for me in the ES to race or whatever, so I can imangine if I brought the evo

 

Drive mine everyday, it's our Test Vehicle..lol..

 

I used to have a heavily modified 85 foxbody... ran 11's with street radials... but I drove that thing every day to work and back 100+ miles... ruined the transmission, so I dont want it to happen to the evo

 

I drive mine to school + work everyday. My coworkers and I all went out to dinner one night and I didnt really want to drive just because of how loud my car is, but they all insisted that wanted to ride in it. After about half way to the restaurant two of my female coworkers complain of it being to loud in the back seat.

I drive mine sometimes to work, mainly take the bike but the its kinda cold here in Vegas right now and my body hasnt adjusted to the weather change. But I do drive her daily to take kids to park and around town.

 

i drive my evo on the long drive to work every day.... i love driving it but in a year i think i put over 14,000 on it since i sold my DD integra. sucks but i have a lot of fun in it... i currently have 21,000 on the odometer.

 

my IX is my DD. i take it to work, pick up kids etc. i love driving it but at times i'm to paranoid with any little indifference with her.

 

I DD my 04 Evo VIII to work every day 500 miles a day JK I work at home so I have a super long commute everyday .... Na I put around 1 to 1 and a half tanks of gas in my car every month. around 400-500 miles a month..
The Evo IV just sits right now along with its Turbo Project BMW
I usually Dive My Brother SUV or ride with a friend if I go anywhere... So I don't put the miles on my cars

 

sounds fun, where the hell do u work? i'm in finance, so i doubt any of my co-workers drive modded imports.
