I wonder if you ever turn on your lights at night.

Once you go HID, you don't go back.

Aftemarket HID has been banned from any and all US sales by our beloved government. No one sells aftermarket HID anymore. it is a federal crime to do so.

Yes, they're true HID's. Honestly, it's my favorite 'little quirk' feature on my EVO . Heck there listed as options on many luxury cars. There's such a distinct difference between true HID and HID look-a-like bulbs.

Anyway, you can get replacement HID look-a-like bulbs to match at

When and how did this ban go into effect? I've been using an aftermarket HID kit for two years. Why are many websites still selling aftermarket kits?

it's a waste to replace ur high-beams with HIDs since u will break them. Unless they make H11 HIDs, ur out of luck for fog light HIDs unless you want some custom fabrication to your headlight housing.

From what I've read around here, EVO HID's aren't the same wattage/quality as BMW, Lexus, Etc. That's why you notice more of a yellowish tint.
