winter gas mileage?

anybody else get horrible gas mileage in the winter? i havent even hit boost in over with the thing and i'm getting ~11mpg all city miles. i let the car warm up for about 20-30 minutes a day total, but i dont think that would matter to much, hell my civic went from 28 city to 26 in winter. so i was wondering if this is normal, some of my friends carb'd v8 trucks that they beat the hell out of are even getting 13mpg, that doesnt make to much sense to me. i was going to buy some datalogging stuff and see whats up, anybody know if the new tactrix cables work yet? i was reading awhile ago and people were having problems. the weather is like below 0 all day, except the past 4 or 5 days up here.

I get about 19mpg in the winter and about 20-21mpg in summer. I'm half and half freeway to city. I used to get worse millage in the winter but several tune ups really put an end to that .

11mpg sounds like a problem that is something more than just the weather.

Then how far do you drive? What do you expect if the car is running and not moving half the time?

Wow I don't even get 11mpg lol. I usually get about 13-15mpg city miles, but then again I'm using E85.

20-30 minutes for warm up? I let my car warm up like 2 minutes max, but until it warms up I drive it like a granny. But I have been getting 200 miles on half a tank.

My driving is usually around city. I don't drive it like I stole it. I drive it normally. Usually 5 over the limit I had my timer shut it off in about 30 seconds every time I shut the motor off.
