It'd be pretty trick to have the black portion wrapped in carbon fiber... has anyone tried that?

lol that would have to be the op mine is a authentic one i had repainted to bby since it only comes in evo 9 colors. I dont think the OP has his painted yet because he was waiting on me so that he can see the bottom color

thats what i like to do help others lol if you would have painted it black as you can see people will know its a fake. but do what you do i thought about getting a fake one until i got mine for 500 shipped 75 dollars more so it was a steal had to take it brand new and all just get it repainted good luck with that

 

yea, i wish i did more research on this before i bought it, but oh well. as long as it looks good after i paint it, ill be happy.
