I installed my CF trunk (Seibon in specific) and I need help on where to rig all of the wiring and stock bits up at... They are all hanging right now.. Does any one have any pictures of where they mounted every thing? The CF trunk is not at all like the stock trunk with places to put this wiring .. Please help!!!

Also, if some one has a picture of their stock trunk or carbon trunk with everything mounted.. please post a good pic of it for me.. or pictures.. and Please let me know if I need to hook up these plugs that are not connected. thanks!!

I had a carbon boot on my Evo 6 & they didn't have the "holder" inside them like the standard one has for all the wires etc

Not sure if you can buy self adhesive clips from a hardware store to hold them up.

Id suggest come clips you can buy like at home depot or somethin, the kind with the double sided tape on back, just stick em in strategic places.... get black ones so it will match

 

I bought velcro strips for my trunk release handle and my c/f lid had all the holes to put the stock wire clips in.

 

I really don't want this to look tacky or unprofessional.. Please post pictures if you have any or can take some for me!! I would greatly appreciate it!

 

I had a friend that used speaker wire concealer raceway to run his trunk cables.

They usually have an adhesive backing and can be painted black so it can blend in with the inside of a CF trunk.

You should be able to buy a tube like version at your local Lowes.

Here's what a stock one looks like. Looks like you'll have to make some holes to make it look good, or get some stick on Zip Ties at home depot or something.
