"Correct" Catch Can Setup???

As the title states, I'm looking for the "correct" way to set up a catch can for an Evo. I have searched and seen many different hose paths, PCV elimination/relocation, and some factory provisions eliminated. Nearly all posted setups have disagreement and changing the original setup posted.

What tends to be the best hose layout/route?

Is the PCV relocated, or eliminated?

Can the hose be deteled from the intake pipe?

Best mounting location?

Best Catch Can for the car?

Expensive, But best can and set-up by far! recirculates the oil straight back into the dipstick tube and down into the pan. Which also vents the oil pan!
