Roadside assistance

I did a search on this but didn't find what I needed.

What is the process for enrolling into the roadside assistance program? I looked real closely at the materials I received upon delivery and there was no card or phone number decal. I called Mitsubishi today and they confirmed it is a part of the new car purchase but the gal I spoke with did not know exactly how it worked. She did give me the phone number.

Is this something that comes in the mail? Should I have already received it from a purchase on August 5?

I got something in the mail not long after buying it.....less than a month after in fact. Call your salesperson about it to make sure you got it. I had a great sales woman when I got mine

I got an emergency roadside assistance card in the mail.
It has the 1-888-648-7820 number and includes your VIN number printed on the card.

Ditto what everyone else said. I got a card a few weeks after I bought it.

It says it is a free service that covers:

24/7 Service or Towing
Flat Tire Change
Fuel and Fluid Delivery
Battery Jump Start
Lockout Assistance
It says they will tow you free of charge to the nearest Mistu Dealer or authorized repair facility.

As long as the car is under warranty. Is it 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first?

Is this standard with the EVO or an additional purchase?
