in edmonton, it's NOT worth it to drive it in winter. your car will look like an 80's hyundia in 2 months trust me.

I think the Evo will depict a more rally-car like image with salt slung all over it.

mis4tun81, I refuse to go through any cloth/brush carwash. The DIY places are cheap, usually use heated water (just wear some gloves and yer set) and it's easy. Plus you guarantee full undercar cleaning and wheel-well cleaning.
