Car keeps stalling when coming to a stop..

Hey all,

I'm running stock MR bov, recirculated.

I have an AMS 50trim kit, with only supporting mods. NOthin crazy..

I got tuned almost 2 years ago and the car was running fantastic.. Haven't changed a thing since the tune.

I was originally running an APS bov (recirc.) and we thought that it was leaking so I switched to MR bov to see if it solved the problem, it still didn't.

Whenever the car is under load or i'm driving mildly agressive and I come to a stop or slow down to make a turn, the car stalls out.

I've checked for boost leaks, and haven't found anything loose.

Anybody have any idea as to what might be causing this?

Also, I'm not sure if this is directly related.. but when I go WOT, the wastegate sounds like its open/close/open/close/open/close/open/close

Again nothing has been touched or modded on the car in almost 2 years since the turbo kit went in and got tuned. The car was running awesome for the past 2 years, and all of a sudden its started doing this..

First we thought it was the boost controller acting up, but it wasn't, just turned out to be a leaky APS bov, i replaced that, and its still acting up..

Kinda lost here, any suggestions fellas?

Maybe your idle air control valve is faulty

damn this hit the nail right on the spot!

I am having the same issue, had a Jestr tune done about a month ago, and no matter what the car would not idle. Stock BOV. Ran great WOT no problems but would not idle. I switched to my Forge DV bov and the car doesnt idle as bad but it still shuts down when it wants to.

Cams? Size injectors? Scaled correctly? Last time you logged your car?
