Angry mitsu says "ive been caught"

well, its been awhile since ive been on this board. i had to get a new account cause i forgot my old password and i nolonger use the old email addresse. but the name is the same, just the caps are in different spots. anyways, i hear that mitsu has called my dealer here in town, and said that "they caught me on this board bragging timeslips and modifications". and that "there is more to come." funny thing is i dont think i ever said anything about any times or of my mods... and my mods (intake, exhaust, bov) under the lemon law cannot void anything because what they replaced anyways. so im really wondering what the hell they are talking about. so obviously BE AWARE, they are looking online on this webs site trying to catch people. i think they may be thinking im someone else because i made a big stink about them not warranteeing my clutch. anyways, there isnt any way they could find out who i am because i NEVER ONCE wrote my name down on this site. all i can think of is that they are thinking i am someone else on here. anyone else find anything out about monitoring this site?

Yea you should see my 14 page thread where they have me on video tape racing at track along with printouts of several of my posts on the board. Thus my disclaimer, and no mods listed.

In a way, it's pretty sneaky of them, but it's also to protect them against unwarranted claims. I personally don't blame them, but to each their own.

Have them show you the posts. If they're so certain it's you, I'm sure they'd have no problem pulling them up.

i told the service manager to have them fax the thread that the "say" they found. id seriously like to see this too, i can find ANYTHING that has anything to do with track times or whatnot. i even said they can come and look at my car and see that all i have is intake/exhaust/bov. the way they said they saw mods made it sound like my car is highly modified. which brings me to believe it was someone else on this board they think is me. i met a dude from lexington ky with a highly modified evo, i dunno if he is on this board, but it may be him. his name is andy, i go by andy but thats not my legal name, so that doesnt sound like it could be that. i seriously dont see how there is anyway they have anything on me... being that i have done nothing wrong.

I eagerly await their business model crumbling as they insist on treating their customers like ****.
