happened to me before just take it back off and give it a wiggle lol

 

believe me it's all the way tighten. Problem is the white clip thing doesn't stay up and thats where the gap is


Fox2boost: wiggle wiggle lol I ordered the new hardware so once it comes in i'll wiggle it a bit and use the new hardware.

 

The headlight and the fender are connected... The bumper cover just sits on the bumper. Put some body weight on your fender by your headlight and give a firm push down. You may see your headlight going where you want it...

??Could be from bottoming out and your bumper actually pushes UP the headlight/fender and now that you disconnected them you have trouble pushing them back together...

My 2 cents...

 

i'll try putting some weight on the fender see what happens. I paid for the new hardweare already so I will that on the weekend. I will try the pushing weight on it probably tomorrow.

i have the some problem and its making me little bit nervous when my eyes stop at the spot..
i was just wondering if it has any negative behavior on the aerodynamics?

As mentioned by the others, mine did this as well...

TBH, i think it has wiggled back into place or something, because i have no gap now like i did before about a month ago..

Is this the first time you have removed it?

 

nah i've taken this particular bumper off twice already.

mine does it too but it doesn't bother me much... keep us posted about the new bumper hardware. if it works i'll buy a set myself.

 

Mine has a gap too. Then again, my clips are broken. But to tell u the truth, i really don't care.

 

try lift the bumper as high as u can till u hear the plastic bit click

I tried that when I originally tried to put it back on and it doesn't stay clipped on. I got the new hardware sitting around hope I get the chance to try it once again this weekend .

 

that new hardware is like 5 dollars and shipping is 10$

 

yea kind of pricey for what it is, pm him though i got both sides hardware shipped to my house for cheaper

 

I get this gap on the driver side when i install my cusco front brace. I can't really find where it's hitting. Anybody have any idea how to fix it i really appreciate it.
