ok for some reason my ashtray light went out awhile back so i thought ok the bulb blew or something.....then one day i notice it is back on....so i'm thinking it must have just been loose or something...lol...then it goes back out for awhile...then last night i notice it was back on....crazy stuff

 

It's going to blow eventually. Small item easy to fix, do a search.

 

Loose wire? Bad connection? Mine did that for a couple of days but then then the light completely blew out. Had to get it replaced. It was pretty cheap.

 

yeah i thought the bulb was going...but why would it go off for a few weeks or a month and then start working again?...lol

 

put blacklight in it they make bulbs for it

 

Definently a wiring issue... I would just go and get it checked out...

 

there couldn't be a wiring issue...i haven't messed with anything...all the electronics in the car are fine....radio, lights, guages, etc....everthing works perfectly...just this one small bulb is crazy...lol....well i pulled the bulb out and looked at it...it's kinda got black on it like it would be blown....but it is still working...lol...maybe it just came loose or something....can you only get these bulbs from the dealer?
