Installed deck but now some of the lights in my car dont work?Hellp plz

OK i installed a deck a week ago it went smoothly the deck works fine....but now my lights for the ac and heating dont work......my boost gauge doesnt (tapps the dimmer switch, the cighterlighter rings light doesnt and the ashtray light are all out.....ive checked fuses all that i know of are fine (ones behind dimmer switch and ones under the hood)......i check with the multimeter if any powers coming to the dimmer switch and there is none so somethings burnt out or messed i just cant find it and its now getting to me when i drive at night it seems so friggin dark in the car..........

Did you use a harness for the install or did you cut and splice the factory harness?

Probably a fuse under the hood. Also if the harness has an orange wire and your deck has an orange wire, make sure they are both either solid orange or both orange with a white stripe. Because mixing both wires will blow the dimmer/park light/dome light fuse every time. Ensure that the wires are hooked up correctly and match each other. Then check the fuses in the car and under the hood. If you have difficulty finding the blown fuse, check all of them one by one.
