I'm assuming by bad COD4 game you mean one is which you're constantly getting your head blown off immediately upon respawning as if the opposite team knew exactly where you were going to respawn. Damn I hate when that happens

 

If you've met the lady, then I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just make sure she gets the right paperwork, and all is good. I've had to deal with this before, but it is kinda weird that the lady doesn't have clear title considering she never had a loan on it. Sounds like a good deal.
