Evo Stolen! Totaled! Help.

To make it short, 2 weeks ago i was held @ gun point and my evo along with my cell phone and wallet were stolen. the fu***rs are now arrested (except 1), but my car is considered a total loss. The inside is completely stripped, headlights missing, radiator, condenser everything is gone. Those guys wanted my car and ruined everything! they saw me (being a female) alone and took their chance.

Now what i'm wondering is what do i do from here on out. I have no other transportation besides the crappy rental car i've got and am afraid i will be left with nothing Will my car get replaced by progressive? There working on #'s so i have no idea what they're settling for. Please help i've never been through this!

This isn't fair, since 11th grade (4 yrs ago) i wanted this car...busted my *** for this car & got it all on my own!.. I dreamed and everything. And now barely hitting the 3 month mark this happens.

Any info will help
Thanks!

Call a lawyer - Insurance company is out to F you. Especially on a Total Loss. You can also use the lawyer to go after the culprit that stole your car for everything the insurance company doesn't cover and more for your terrible ordeal.

Edit: if any of them were minors you can go after their parents money too

I'm sure you've heard it already but probably not enough...Thank God you're ok. It takes a real piece of work to do that to a lady. Juice EVO VII is right, go after them with all you got. the more you get out of them the more they'll pay...In PRISON!

Gun point! Get a lawyer and get paid. Period.

As far as the car goes they will give you the market value

Hang in there and fight it out, you can get another Evo and probably plenty more for this.

DC/MD/VA doesn't have GAP insurance as far as I know. And the market value on Evo's is way down. Given she has a 06 IX MR. Probably owes more then the car is worth at this current moment in time. (No Offense at all to OP here )

I'm really glad your alive and well Gun Point cars getting stolen in MD is like my backyard. I thought it only happened on the Other coast and in NY.

Lawyer it up

And don't fret, the others are right you can get another evo and plenty of money to make it badarse.
