well if the morons ever get out of jail and get a job they will have to pay you restitution for your loss since they did catch them.
Progresseive is pretty good on paying you quick but there not going to give you any money for a new car just pay off your old loan or if you do own the car they will slide you some cash but not awhole lot.

Only morons and the uninformed think this way. If you're stupid enough to buy from a no-name local Ins company or only buy based off of price, you deserve what you get. Progressive is a top rated Ins agency for both customer service and claims. She'll get ACV (actual cash value) based on an NADA value of the vehicle. Progressive also has a top financial rating which means they have no reason not to hold their end of the bargain.

My daughter was in a collision where the Progressive driver was coming the other way, cut across three lanes of traffic and hit her. I had to fight with Progressive for a year, and then sue the driver because Progressive were so unreasonable. I told Progressive that I could care less what they thought, I'd just take it out of their insured driver's pocket.
Two weeks before trial the adjuster called, said they had "re-evaluated" the claim and agreed to pay the full amount due. Don't ever buy a Progressive policy, because someone else will sue you since your insurance company doesn't care a bit about how you're protected, Progressive just wants to save every nickel of its money.

I have heard of Progressive on several occasions trying to screw the less educated driver. They will try to pull one over on people and act like it was just a mistake if you catch them in the process.

damn, so so sorry to hear... the insurance will most likely just pay off whatever you owe on your evo and thats it. i doubt that they will replace it since they don't really sell evo IX anymore. Anyhow good luck
