More than likely Celm has his registered as a "kit car" or some other bogus way to it registered (not legal, but registered).... if the right person figured out that the car is not on the list of approved cars, it would get confiscated.
There is a guy in Virginia driving the streets in a Tommy Makinen Evo VI somehow...... again it is not on the list of approved cars so the method they used to title it was bogus.....
a "kit car" is supposed to be just that, not a full production that car that was maybe taken apart and had a new vin number slapped on the door.
Bill Riley of Riley and Scott did this with an Evo V... he imported it for "racing", but then slapped a kit car vin on it and tried to sell it for $45k!

Celm would you please be honest with us and just answer the questions? Please. There are people who are very interested in importing cars and there aren't many companies who can do it. So if you can fully legalize these cars then why not answer the questions and earn some business.
