I am not looking for trouble but....

I too am having some difficulty getting my deal completed. I have been very patient, but how much longer can you expect me to remain silent when my deal has been open for THREE YEARS? I hope there are not too many others in my shoes.

What I would really like to happen is for my deal to be completed so I can come back to this Forum and tell everyone that you guys were true to your words. I understand many of the problems that caused this delay, but, honestly, you still owe me the car or the money....

And, Celm, I am not hiding who I am.... Anyone who wants to contact me can do so.

Tell Adam to correct the phone number in the last email he sent me. Better yet.. tell me the date I can fly into Orlando and pick up my car.

Why does not Celm reply to the posts that people are complaining if they are real and in business? Although there are times for difficulty in converting whatever you need for a right hand drive car, you guys should at least tell your customers. 3 years is not an acceptable time for doing any kind of businesses.

I would suggest for those of you who paid money to Evolution Imports get together a group and find a lawyer for help instead of complaining in here and spend time to call them.

That way, I am sure you will find out what is going on for them.

Well, I am in contact with some legal types, but I prefer to use that as an extreme last resort. Besides, I think these guys are too poor to have all my cash just sitting around in a bank account. I plan on going to Orlando by early April armed with all my paper work and I will get either a car, my money, or see someone in jail..it's kinda their choice at this point.

What I realy want NOW..... Is simply good communication with them on what the CURRENT plans are. I can wait if I know GOOD THINGS are about to happen.

 

they took my deposit and never sent it back to me they said that they had to use it for shipping the car that was never shipped out.

 

sorry to hear the news, sounds like a plan, I would bring a flatbed truck too so that no matter what you are leaving with a vehicle, maybe take his as a deposit. I can't believe you have been waiting for three years, after about 6 months I would have been down there with a few trailers and loading them up.

good ill give you the bill that our customs broker gave us to do teh export peperwork and the bill for teh shipping company gave us for the container that was never used but we still got charged for it

I'm going on 4 ****ing years without a car and without the money I sent Adam. Frank is just as bad defending that jackass and his company to the very end.
