400whp or bust
I don't think you can achieve 400whp on pump with the stock turbo but these mods should put you close to that range.

Aftermarket cams (Kelford/GSC/Cosworth/FP: 600)

Your up to 2950.
If you have E85 then your golden (Or damn close)...With a lot of usuable power. If E85 is not an option the instead of going BBK full, go with FPRed (1800).
You'll be up to 3350.....you can save the 150 and tune the car yourself or leave in the hands of a capable local tuner (ECUFlash).
Def. hit or go over 400 with that setup from what I've seen on this site. Depends on the dyno (mustang dyno's read notoriously low).

dude put your flame suit on cuz your gonna get it nasty!!!!! what type of evo is it? 8, 9??? read the sticky in the newbie section for beginners guide to modding an evo!!!! its not hard to get 400 outta a 9 just get full bolts on and cams and youll be there but seriously this has been covered sooooooo much... intake, 02 housing, turbo back, manual boost controller, fuel pump, intercooler and piping, stock 9 metal bov, and cams or e85 and youll be at 400... read my setup i made 408 with e85, or no e85 and go fp red and youll be 450 easy!!
