Need some help with maintenance issues

I bought a 2006 Evo ix with 58000 on it seven months ago. The car has 68000 on it now and the suspension doesnt feel right and the car is in need of alot of work. I wanna do everything at the dealershi unless anyone can suggest a cheaper and more reliable place. So far i think the timing belt, tranny fluid, and air filter are going to be the first things to be replaced. would anyone suggest anything else more important to be done first or along with these things? Im not a mechanic and i dont know to much about this car so some expert advice would be appreciated. By the way, im located in northern new jersey so if anyone knows of any shops or mechanics around here that they would recommend that would be appreciated. Thanks

1. Timing belt
2. Balance belt
3. Serpentine belt
4. Water pump
5. Timing belt tensioner pulley
6. Timing belt idler pulley
7. Spark Plugs
8. Fluids (Engine oil, tranny fluid, diff fluids, coolant, etc)
9. Air filter
10. Oil filter

Optional:
Sparkplug wires, in-cabin air filter, thermostat kit

Yea, it's not cheap ... if you are running on the stock belts beyond 60K miles, you are already on borrowed time and the timing belt could snap any moment. If that happens, it'll be a much more expensive repair.

-get your suspension/alignment checked out
-timing belt job
-transmission fluid
-transfer case fluid
-rear differential fluid
-engine coolant
-brake/clutch fluid
-engine air filter
-cabin air filter
-oil & filter change

You can do everything but the first two items on the list yourself at home with basic hand tools and no mechanical experience. Just read the how-to threads, invite a friend over, and spend a day at it. You'll save hundreds of dollars, become more familiar/comfortable with the car, and learn quite a bit.

*edit*
The above post has some good points that I missed.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Agree with all here. And you have a ton of great Evo shops in NJ that can help you out (TurboTrix, Ivey, etc).
