when you dont have your Evo...

A 1988 Plymouth Reliant K car for work. I do a lot of traveling on dirt roads and rack up the miles so I needed a beater car and this one was cheap and in good shape. Quite a switch from the K car during the week to the Evo on the weekends.

Ive been waiting to get my xfer case back from shep so im stuck rolling in a 2000 pontiac grand am or driving the wife mobile (2001 eclipse spyder gs) both which are extremely sluggish and the grand am handles like a 5 ton truck in turns . Being a former DSMer as well i realise the importance of having a DD as im sure all do. Being without my beloved evo takes me into a deep depression ( seriously) but at least i get to drive my 93 TALON TSI when i travel back home (hand-me-downed).

When my car is down (which is rare), i have another toy at hand...Lexus IS with a 2JZ Twin Turbo with 506 whp. So switching rides doesn't affect me much but the Evo's ride, although rougher, is just quite....how should i put this...better!

I had to drive my parents Expedition for the last 2 months while I was doing my motor build. Damn I hate driving that f'n thing. The first time I drove my Evo again it brought a tear of joy to my eye, lol. After having a sporty car for 4 years suv's just won't cut it for me.
