1st off...you do realize Alcantara is Suede correct?

2nd, if your talking about evo 8 seats, they are not alcantara. They are suede, with the blue inserts. But, the suede on the outside bolsters(And the whole rest of the seat) is not alcantara. Take your seat to a local upholstery shop, they should have no issue finding a suede that will match decently.

I dont want to buy new seats. Can anyone provide me info or point me in the correct direction? I can have my buddy fix the seat if I had the material. I have also emailed Recaro numerous times about this issue but to no avail. I have yet to get a response from them.
Hello, how is the re- upholstery going? I do upholstery and even I cannot get the blue/black insert material unless of course I redo a car, but there have been sellers of the black material online. Let me know and I can assist, thanks!

I just called Recaro North America and they said they dont do the reupholstery. Its true you cannot get the same suede/weird blue stuff from Recaro but they will sell you different fabric so you can have the seats recovered at an upholstery shop of your choice. Bummer.

I seriously considered that but the downtime (he said about 2 weeks max) was a concern and I found some MR interior for a decent price and went that way.
Do you have the contact? I'd like to reach out.
