Like the title says I just need confirmation that this is normal.....one foglight isn't turning on (appears to be the wiring as it looks like some attempted to tap the power wire for something). I'm going to def. look into wiring them up seperately (or having it done professionally).

 

Nope. Fog lights should come on with the low beams only. When the high beams come on, the fog lights should turn off.

 

Pretty sure thats a federal law.
