Quarter Panel Dent, suggestions?

My quarter panel was dented, the paint is unharmed, before I go to a body shop for an estimate can any of you guys tell me if this can be repaired without being replaced? I'm talking about the dent below the gas door. For right now, that little mark on the rear part above the tail light isn't important. Can they do this with a suction cup? Any experienced insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a new tail light and rear bumper coming, just need to deal with the 1/4.

If it wont just pull right out, step up to the Voltex rear flares. With how much body work is these days it would probably cost you about the same.

Paintless dent repair. There is a guy in every town that does it. On the quarter it should be a snap - no interior to remove.

Thanks guys I'll definitely look into a paintless dent repair guy. I'm going to an autobody guy tonight to see what he thinks, my only worry is that the 1/4 might take more than a suction cup because it was pulled down by the rear bumper which bent it, either way I'll find out tonight. I just wanted to find out from you guys what I should expect so I don't get ripped off
Thanks
