I too have some noise questions.

1. THe exhaust is notoriously loud and has 0 resonators. How cheap, easy is it to add resonators and will it really improve the sound that much?

But it is worth it if you are looking to reduce the noise.

P.s: This is stupid, not because he want a quiet car mean he choosed the wrong one.
Remember; he is asking if it works and not if he bought the right car ....

So from the consensus, if you dynomat/fatmat the rear trunk of the car, will there be a noticeble difference?

Is it possible to shield the interior from the engine noise?

I would assume the biggest improvement will be had applying that stuff to the door panels.

Dynamat / Fatmat / Raamat are all the same things, and work very well. Also try to find any sorts of holes in your car and plug them up, put some heat liner under the hood, and one point that gets missed alot.. THE ROOF... Dynamat / Fatmatting that will absorb ALOT of of the noise.

I'm sorry, but this is simply untrue. RAAMmat, as well as Second Skin and SDS products, are Butyl-based. Fatmat is essentially identical to Peel and Seal roofing material. It's asphalt, it's garbage. The degree of effectiveness between these products varies tremendously ... as does their smell, adhesion, resistance to heat, longevity, etc.

Deadening does not absorb noise. It is designed to control panel resonance and that is best accomplished with Butyl-based products. With complete coverage, deadening makes for a poor sound barrier. There are much more effective options, like the ones described in a link'd post above.
