Sleeping in the Evo
Im 6'0" and have slept in my car a few times. Front seat is the most comfortable with the seat all the way back, and layed down as much as it could go. A pillow is a necessity, otherwise it's just not happening. Back seat is far less comfortable.
That's some b.s. right there. Not only would you get a DWI, I'd bet you'll get a speeding ticket for having a radar detector in your car while sleeping too eh? 
i had to sleep in my car 2 nights ago...went out drinking for my b-day and got locked out of my friends dorm room...
best way to sleep...move the driver seat all the way back, go to the back seat and angle yourself so your feet are on the front seat and lay against the door...im also 6'3" and it sucked...

i was driving home from south carolina to virginia from a redline time attack event, and i was about an hour away from home, i started dosing off and right away i pulled over n slept for 3 hours hahahaha

new jersey law states that the key has to be in the ignition, you cant hit someone wit a dwi if they are in the back of the car sleeping with the keys in the glovebox, center console, or stuffed underneath the rear seats lol
ive slept in it before numerous times from heavy drinking at the bars, friends parties, etc... im 5'11 and the best way for me to sleep in it is either on my back on the rear seat with my feet up by the rear speaker deck, or on my side kinda crunched up, plus it helps if u have a small *** pillow or backpack or some kind of cushion like a sweatshirt to sleep on...
dont ask how i found these ways to sleep lol, i only remember waking up in these positions and was like DAMN MY HEAD HURTS! lol : mitsu:

im 6ft 3in also..never tried over night sleeping lol plus being drunk and being in the car is enough for a DUI right there...but i usually sleep in the evo during my lunch breaks lol. U dont get enough sleep in the army...so i take advantage of my downtime..jus lay the seat all the way back.

if ur gonna be sleeping in an evo or any sedan for matter and you hafta do it for extended periods of time mite think about investing in a better passanger seat sure it mite look all funny but at least u wont have problems sleepin in your car as much. cuz wat i did in my s14 which was gutted was i would recline the passanger seat all the way back and throw some cushins in near the head and sleep and u get a pretty flat seat when theres no back seats blockin ur recline
and about ur dui problems when sleeping drunk in the vehicle as long as they keys are not on your body you cannot get a dui so just toss them in the trunk and go to sleep just hope to hell u remember where they are in the morning

Man i slept in mine for quite some time with who is now my girlfriend, lol i had those nice heated blankets that connect to the cigarette lighter and i used some sweaters as pillows, it was like sleeping at home, or like a small tent or something lol
god.. i never knew how uncomfortable sleeping in cars was until i took a nap in my previous car once... a while ago ive had to nap in my evo for a couple of hours.. i tried driver seat, passenger, and finally back seat.... it sucked but eventually feel asleep.... would really rather not do it again
