after installing tbe, need a tune?
dont waste you money for a tune just yet get a couple more parts then tune. MBC for sure intercooler piping bigger intercooler air intake Aps Bov then tune.
After that you can start to look for the real power. Cams, turbo ported parts etc..... list goes on

The tune should be your last step when you reach the goal you have set for the car as far as modifications. If the TBE is as far as you want to go (which you won't, haha), then get the tune. If more mods are in your future, maybe not the immediate future, drive her easy for the time being, not like you stole her, and compliment all your current and future modifications in the end with an excellent tune (see my signature

Yeah like everyone said, I just started modding and in the process of collecting parts. Don't waste your money on a tune until you have most of the bolt-ons you want i.e. intake, fuel pump, etc. otherwise you'll be paying more money for a tune again later.

your car will be slow as crap with an exhaust and no tune. you need a mbc or an upgraded pill in the boost line to be faster than a stock evo if you put on the tbe. how do i know? ive been in an evo with a tbe and no upgraded boost control and it was slower than my car and i dont have a tbe. so please do yourself a favor and get a tune and some sort of boost control
thanks for the much needed replieds....i have a hks intake and hks ssqv bov w/upper piping just chilling waiting to be installed. But I was thinking of just getting a mbc,safc2 and some gauges should do me some good before i tune or should i add a fuel pump, tryin to reach 325bhp? any suggestions

dont put on the hks ssqv it causes problems with evos. dont waste your money on an safc because the stock ecu can be tuned easily and dont have to worry about unnecessary stuff
