car dies on highway help!

im trying to brainstorm what could of went wrong with the car. my buddy borrow the car and the car started to bog and die when he exit a ramp. the a/f ratio goes crazy and wont make any power and wont get up to speed. He tried letting car cool down and restarting it..a/f started to read normal but when load is put on car..a/f goes rich and bogs..wont get up to speed.. im thinking the plugs went out causing alot of unburned fuel to go through, not making any power to get up to speed and causing super rich a/f reading..

umm pull off the intake pipe and check the maf screen. When you have the intake pipe off the turbo, check the turbo blades, and while it's off do a boost leak check.
