The edepot brand isn't horribly bad, at least not my experience. Of course, I only had them for about a month or so; overtime they might fade or fog, etc.

Of course, that isn't to say I'd trust their wiring of LEDs! I agree that I wouldn't want to be the first!

Wow... Who would consider wasting 2 grand on taillights? That's a good start on some advans. The VII tails are plenty cool and plenty expensive at $425 on lancershop.com.

I agree. Just curious if anyone has tried them. The cost is $269.00 plus the usual high shipping cost. They are the DEPO brand.
Someone above noted the lenses yellow over time but he did not confirm they were these.

I'm building a set that will be much better than farmers.. I build custom LED and HID lights, when finished mine will be 10 times brighter than those ebay ones above. I'm finishing a set of tails now with 105 LED-per tail light now. My headlights have 84 LEDs each with custom HID projectors.

I might sell the boards that I build with the LEDs on them, but I won't be building tail lights for you guys. The hardest part for me is cleanly opening the CT9A tails (because you have to use a dremel) - I actually had the farmer do that for me because I bought a brand new pair just to build my set. I actually have 4 sets of tail lights now just because collecting spare parts is a good idea when you learn to build custom ones.
