**** yea the ayc and acd and the front lsd is worth $6k to me. Madcow if your going to spend that much $$$ on a jdm evo I would buy a plane ticket, fly down to pick the car up and drive it back.

 

6-7 months before the evo8 landed our shores, EI started their business and were taking orders for JDM spec evo7 at that time. some landed our shores and some took delivery but because of importation legalese, is still not approved to be driven here. senor info have a more detailed info on these and some forum members who have paid and not received their car after all these months are better sources of info about EI. good luck!

 

Um 0 got their evo 7's there all parked here in cali with a big sign over them that says S U C K E R S

 

about 10 months ago, there were a few evo's shipped to their owners....but they were all called back....and that is where they have stayed..... the bogus way they were imported got them past customs, but not able to be registered.......

at this point, i doubt there will ever be a legal Evo VII in the USA unless restered by a foreigner for that 1 year exemption.....

 

thanks guys. Adam Burdette sent me a couple of pictures, which look great, and also a zip file with the "invoices" I'll post them later tonight when i get home. So where are all those guys who paid the money, but never recieved their cars?

 

They don't post much... .I think they are hoping that people like you sign up and that provides EI more $ and incentive to actually get the cars legal..... which.. outside of crash testing is not going to happen....

Evolution Imports LLC, one year unlimited mileage warranty works as such. If any problems arise with your vehicle with in 365 days of you taking delivery, the owner will take it to any ASE certified mechanic of their choice to have an estimate performed. The mechanic will issue an estimate and suspected cause for break down. Evolution Imports LLC will cover all items that need repair. We will pay for all parts plus the instillation involved in fixing all necessary equipment. Evolution Imports LLC will not cover any wear and tear items such as; brakes, clutches, oil changes etc. We will not cover any items that were installed by someone other than Evolution Imports LLC, or an approved installer; that causes break down of said part. Evolution Imports LLC will not void a warranty if after-market parts are installed by someone other than Evolution Imports LLC or S.P Engineering Inc. Installation of after-market components by anyone other than Evolution Imports LLC or S.P. Engineering Inc. does not carry a warranty if any part fails directly or indirectly due to said modifications.

Evolution Imports LLC does offer an extended 2-year warranty. During the first 365 days of your vehicle you reserve the right to buy an extended warranty. The vehicle owners can either chose to buy the whole two years at one time or to purchase the warranty year by year. The extended warranty is an unlimited mileage warranty also, and works under the same principals as the standard one-year warranty.






If the vehicle purchased is an RS or is ever used for motor-sport racing the warranty is immediately null and void. All owners purchasing vehicles under these pretenses know and understand there are no warranties or implied warranties.
