your right, im stealing but yet the schematics have been posted online for the world to see by the creator himself, but im stealing. also the creator even said "You can certainly experiment with the design for your personal use. The design is copyrighted, so you couldn't reproduce it and sell them to others."

So i dont understand what you are talking about and david buschur.... ACCORDING TO THE GUY WHO ACTUALLY MADE THE CABLE, IM ENTITLED TO TRYING TO MAKE IT. now either of you who have no part in this cable both wanna tell me im a crappy person for trying to do this, yet we all have the permission.

thanks a lot guys, please do research before you go hating on people

I dont have to do research. I knew the schematics were available.

I (and others) just feel that even though you can make your own, you should support the people. thats all.

thats not the reason we are against it. Cant you understand that????

We just feel you should support the people and their projects by buying a cable. That it. Thats all. No secret hating, no the guys said you cant do it, none of what you keep saying.

We just feel you should support the people and their projects by buying a cable. Period.

If everyone had started making their own cables when EVOscan/ECUflash came out, then there would have been a major possibility that we would NOT have EVOscan 2.5 with all its features and ECUflash version 1.41, which made it possible to flash the EVO X.

your 7th post was what made people mad....

it's fine todo something to advance ones own knowledges. but you made it clear it is a money based decision...

You seem to think that $150 is purely for the cable, where in actual fact it's for the R&D that went into that cable.

Just like when a car mfc spends $billions on developing a new car they have to recover that cost back in sales.... Cars don't actually cost $tens of thousands in materials...
