I wanted to do this as well. anyone tried just swapping the covers and/or cushions?

 

I looked at doing that too but thats not easy either and you risk tearing the foam since the cover hooks into the foam on the sides and you have to be careful. I had a feeling the seat wouldn't look as good as factory since I'm not that good at upholstery. Now if you you were to put seat heaters in at the same time, then this may be a better option.
