My future EVO IX MR!

Let me begin by saying I'm not a modding enthusiast, a racing freak (sometimes), or would understand half the parts you guys used to mod your evo, but I love the car.

I have a few questions though, I was hoping one of you guys could help me out.

I'm in the US of A, particularly in LA, and im getting my evo as the title says, but I know you can only get only a certain type of evo, like the fq400 being excluded.

I was wondering, which ones are available, what is the typical MPG (everyone says something different), and worst of all, how many times do you get pulled over? lol

Never been pulled over (2.5 years) - 19 mpg of almost 100% city driving. About 23 mpg in the highway (5 speed, 6 speed MR gives you almost the same mileage).

I do mostly highway driving and I get around 28 MPG I've had my evo for 1 1/2 years and I've been pulled over 3 times but with no tickets. I have a Evo RS which is pretty much stripped of everything...no rear windshield wiper, manual doors, manual locks, no cruise control, no wing etc...but it does have AC

There isnt much difference from model to model or year to year. The RS is bare bones, while the MR has nicer seats, power locks/windows and a 6 speed.

I made a 900 mile drive the day I bought mine, and I averaged 24mpg (bone stock).
