Longevity of Evos?
please post a link to where you saw this dumn thing. if Ferrari don't do such things than what makes you think that
would on a car that cost so little? think about it this way, you buy the car than it is YOUR car and you can do whatever the **** you want with it (paint on it, eat in eat, paint it blue and dump it in the ocean). the only car IIRC that had a contarct signed on purchase is the ENZO. i think the contract stated that the owner can not give it for magazine test drives, can't park it as a collector item and not drive it at all etc.. i think even that is bull**** but it makes more sense than
signing contacts about the little EVO.

There is only one car in the US that I know of with any kind of driving restrictions and that is the Porsche 959. You can only drive that 2500 miles a year.

Well the 4G63 has been around for about 14 years now. Mitsu has had problems with the trannys hooked up to the 4G63's for some reason or another. I would hope that our's is stronger than a 93 GSX(and I am sure it is). The EVO engine is based on there rally car engine; so I would have to say that it will be very reliable for a performance car. Remember it puts out over 135HP per liter(stock that is).
