Touchup or Repaint?

I have a set gunmetal Volk CE28Ns 18 x 8.5 that over the past couple of years have picked up a few war wounds, one curb mark on three of the wheels to be exact. I've called some places in the LA area to for the repairs and the prices range from $115 a wheel to $200. So I was thinking why not go all black. So I found a company that can repaint the entire wheel black for $115 each including mounting and balancing. What does everyone think? All black or touch up?

$115 is pretty good if they are taking them off the tires/painting/putting back on an balancing

If the curb damage isnt too bad I would just touch it up. If its significant then go for the black!

why not just get the wheels repainted the way they are, that way the color is exactly the same on all them and they dont look touched up

black wheels are so played out

That's not a bad idea, problem being that I'm getting tired of gunmetal. My other option would be to sell the wheels. Which I have considered.

Or go with a lighter color.. I bought a black evo on black wheels, couldn't wait to get rid of the wheels (did it within the first 6 days, new wheels there and black wheels sold, net net positive!).. I'd consider going lighter if you are sick of gunmetal on black.
