Some Feedback Required on Front Bumper

i have a IX bumper, on the front left there is a small pastic circle covering a hole on the chassis. whats the purpose of this hole? it seems to be a screw connection for the chassis for a tow hook?

i need some confrimation on this.

25.00 USD is a bit expensive for a little piece like that.

Yeah tell ME about it, I had to buy one about 4 months back...for that price. Oh well, looked better than the electrical tape I had there until it arrived .
