2k left on my warranty

My factory warranty is almost up, is there anything I should try to have the dealer take care of or look over before it runs out?

Dealer won't fix anything unless it already went bad, just check for recalls is all

The car has an extended warranty good until 100k which I will probably hit in the next month I think. The only annoying thing right now is the paint is flaking off all of the calipers.

They can replace all of the calipers if this happens under your warranty period. Take it in and let them see before you break 100k.

Hopefully they'll cover it, saves me from having to paint them in the near future.

had all 4 calipers replaced on my 8.

and whoever said 8s are out of warranty......2005 evo 8 has 5-year, 60,000 miles bumper to bumper, and 100,000 mile powertrain warranties.

in my 9 the one front tie rod end needed replaced, i took it to the dealership since that's covered and they also replaced the other one for free bc i guess they go out fast in the 9s but haven't been recalled yet, idk how they are in the 8's though but its worth taking a look to make sure theyre still intact before it's up
