to be honest, the cheapest way to get a 7 is to buy a used 8 and change some body parts. a 6, well, good luck. not worth it in my opinion.

Registration.. well if you can get the car through the port, the rest is simple. Fill out a form for a title in like Florida, including reciepts and crap for everything, and you get it. You can get a title in FL for just about anything. Then transfer it over to whereever and enjoy.

Look on ebay. Seen a couple of VII's going for 16-23K before.

im sure with all the concerns in the world today, illeagal evo's arent what there kicking down doors in the projects for haha
