oh snap!!!!
That sounds like a problem originationg from you Intake manifold.
1-Check all vacuum lines going to and from the IM
2-Try taking off you Throttle body and give it a good cleaning
3- Check you Idle air Controller on your Intake manifold and see if that is the culprit(most likely)

Are you using an aftermarket air filter?

A lot of people with aftermarket air filters/intakes have problems with MAF sensors and as a result have issues with idle.

Yeah, change the plugs. The cold air here in the Northeast is kicking every ones ***. I had bucking at WOT. Checked the gap on the plugs and it was better.

Check your plugs. Soon as it dropped real low in temps down here, my idle jumps around more than kids on a trampoline. Between 850 to about 1k in my opinion. I've checked my IM, throttle body and for any vacuum leaks. I have yet to check the plugs but I think they're the culprits because it is about time to change them. Some intakes and BOV's can cause erratic idle as well.
