I love the look of the raw aluminum manifold. Also, if I plan on coating the manifold a different color and/or want to get it Swain BBE coated, I don't want to worry about the powder coat that is already applied to the manifold.

Giving your customers the option of choosing which they wanted would be the best way to do it IMO.

I would be turned off if I had to buy it in black and would more than likley go for the Magnus manifold instead.
