Can't go pass 312 whp
Shane is THE best tuner in Minnesota and one of the best nationwide in my opinion. You really need to do a boost leak test, compression test, leak-down test, verify the timing is properly set, and pop the valve cover off to ensure none of the rockers are knocked off.
100% agreed.
Yeah I will b doing thAt tomorrow right now it is too dark and Shane is a get guy and a great tuner I know he really tried all he can But for those three hours nothing worked so we called it quits right there

I read through your thread and sounded like you havent actually done a boost leak test. Do one and see how many leaks you got, t-bolt clamps will leak if not secured completely straight and tightened down enough.
go to autozone or discount i think they loan the compression testers out...
What plugs are in the car what are they gapped to?
cam timing
boost leak test
compression test
leak down
is the car missing any, knock? Somethings way off.

I Am going to do all the testing tomorow and there isn't any knock
27 PSI is way too much boost for 93 octane.. Plus the Stock evo 9 BOV is only good for 23-25 PSI MAX. Your best bet is to take it into the shop and have them take a closer look. I have seen something like this before where the fuel pump wasn't installed correctly. If you dont put the black rubber seal onto the pump nozzle first, then insert the fuel pump into the fuel pump housing, you will leak fuel. GL
I could see it maybe if his shop installed all the parts but, if it's just someone going in to get a tune you can't expect them to go through the car and fix any/all the mechanical issues present. Otherwise it's the owners job to make sure things are right before going in for a tune.
